The Return.

It's been over 3 weeks since I have put pen to paper (or fingers to keys) and written about my life.

It feels like something is missing--it feels like my life has a hole.

It seems that writing about my life and having a place to store my happy experiences, my moments of loneliness, and my incredible adventures was extremely therapeutic.

I miss it.

So, I'm back.

I want to say this upfront: I'm not promising anything. And I certainty don't expect to ever live up to the extreme greatness that was Budagirl. But it's still my life. It's real. It's raw. It's packed full with math. It's incredibly hopeful. It's me.

Not to mention, I'm sure you're all dying to know how this next year is going to play out:

  • My REU at SUNY Potsdam
  • Field Hockey (again, after 3 years!)
  • Single at the River (should be interesting...)
  • Senior Project (about math that I know nothing about)
  • Math conference talks (yeah, plural.)
  • GRE's (eek!)
  • Grad schools (applications AND acceptance?)
  • My new nephew!!
  • Senior year (I mean, who isn't excited for this?)
  • Graduating on my 22nd birthday!
And all the adventures and life that surrounds each of these events.

It would be wrong not to share these events with the world.

So, for all of those people who have asked (and begged) me to have another blog: you got your wish...

...Let's hope you don't regret it :)
